This Moon&Star ring is being offered individually! A throw-back to the original Moon&Star sets which were often kept simple with single stars and rising crescent moons.
An incredible yellow sapphire is held by silver clouds and is met by both rising moon and guiding star. This gem is gemmy! And gorgeous! Like the light of the sun or the petals of the sunflower and filled with shimmer at just the right angles. Sapphires like this, translucent and brightly colored, are some of the most rare and valuable pieces out there.
Handcrafted out of Sterling silver and fine silver with brass details. It has been given a dark patina and then finished with a mix of both brushed and high polishes.
PLEASE NOTE! This ring is on a thinner band than I typically use! Thin bands have both pros and cons: the con is that this piece is more delicate and will feel more delicate however the pro is that being light it will be more comfortable to wear and will wear better as your fingers fluctuate throughout the day and seasons. Due to the thinner silver used (not just in value but it is easier to work with), this piece is priced lower than it would be otherwise. Yay!
A size 10; I'm sorry but unfortunately I am unable to resize pieces. While I rarely revisit a piece, I am always eager to hear the sizes you are looking for. If this isn't your size, please feel free to let me know in a comment on Instagram what size you're looking for and I will try to offer it again in that size in the future!
