Empress
The second piece in this collection offers a deeply pink piece of very high quality and very rare Mexican Rhodochrosite. This is a stone that is not very well known and there is not much of it on the market despite not being a new find. It is highly chatoyant and absolutely covered in glittering sparkle in focused light. Mined out of one small location in Mexico, it is often found swirled with equally sparkling black magenitite veins. (Occasionally, those unfamiliar with stones mistake it for rhodonite but upon viewing in person, the difference is always clear.) This piece in particular offers no black veining and is a deep, lustrous pink.
Hand crafted out of substantial Sterling Silver with silver holding the stone. The entire piece has been given a high polish by hand. No dark patina or oxidation has been done. Hallmarks can be found within the band.
PLEASE NOTE: Each item is individual and handmade meaning no production lines are found at Dark Fawn. In this inherent nature, each piece will feature "imperfections" as the evidence of the individual eye and human touch each piece receives; making them all the more unique, ever more valuable and filled with energy. It may be able to be resized by a professional jeweler though I do not recommend it and do no offer any guarantee on the piece once its been taken to a jeweler and/or altered.
This ring sizes as a 8 though due to the size of the band, it best fits a size 7-7.5. I do not offer resizing. It is a single, wide band as shown in the above photographs.
