Created for the prompt "Fae Village", this piece combines haunted houses, and legends of the true spirit of the Fae! Beware the Fairy Rings!
A fairy house carved from a pumpkin rests innocently amongst the moss, a "mushroom crossing" at its door. So sweet! But upon closer inspection... someone has been buried beneath their gilled caps and ghosts wail about the forest!
Legend has it that one can get lured, and lost, in fairy ring circles... never to be seen again.
This ring has been handmade out of solid sterling silver. The skulls and pumpkin house were hand carved, and the mushrooms were cast into solid silver from the real thing! In the center of them is a moonstone with ghostly flash. Below, like peering into a murky bog, a skull rests eternally.
This ring rests on a WIDE band (see last picture). Wide bands can be more restrictive than thin bands, and it is generally recommended to size up between .25-.75 sizes for it to fit.
This ring measures a size 7.25, however it will best fit a size 6.25-to-6.75
It weighs approximately 1.20 full ounces! And measures 65mm x 30mm at widest points.
