A Classic Christmas Fawn
Bottle trees and retro Christmas deer always make me smile around this time of year... so when I came across a small, vintage plastic fawn I knew I had to turn it into something special. Cast into solid silver (with a few adjustments), I hope these silver retro-fawns make you smile just as much and bring a dash of childhood winter-wonder back to your season.
This particular fawn prances through snowballs and a blanket of freshly fallen snow! A large sprig of Juniper and a golden (brass) pine cone are bundled to the side while a large window of sparkling green can be found below. This stone is actually two stones: a piece of all natural sparkling green fuschite has been placed below rutilated quartz! It provides a nice, bright (almost artificial) green which sparkles while the quartz acts as tinsel. The overall effect is a really nice compliment to this retro deer in my opinion.
Handcrafted out of fine (.999) and sterling (.925) silver and brass and given mixture of high polishes and heavily brushed finishes. Measures approximately 2.3" x 1.2" at widest and tallest points and weighs approximately 1.5 ounces.
Resting on a QUADRUPLE split band as shown above and best fits a size 7.5. Please note: unfortunately I do not offer resizing of pieces.
