According to researchers, the very first gingerbread houses were the result of the well known Grimm's tale "Hansel & Gretel". In Germany today, they are called Hexenhaus - Witches House!
A spooky gingerbread house featuring a stunning piece of sunstone-moonstone from Russia of which I have been saving for a while. Resembling iced gingerbread and flashing in an array or ribbon-candy shimmer as well as sprinkling, rainbow confetti flecks.
Bones dripping in icing make up the roof of this house complete with a sugared pumpkin door, holly sprig and the falling snow inviting those in to the warmth of the Hexenhaus.
Weighing over an ounce, this is a piece with a heftier, nice weight to it. Measures approximately 2.5" x 1.1" at widest and tallest points. It has been given a mix of heavy brushing and high polishing. Handcrafted out of fine (.999) and sterling (.925) silver.
This piece rests on a thicker, candy cane striped band which will fit more snug than a traditional thin, single band. It best fits size 9-9.5. I am sorry, but unfortunately I do not resize pieces. As always, stones are ethically sourced and cut.

Each item is individual and handmade meaning no production lines are found at Dark Fawn. In this inherent nature, each piece will feature "imperfections" as the evidence of the individual eye and human touch each piece receives; making them all the more unique, ever more valuable and filled with energy! I also offer a lifetime guarantee on the blackened patina. If in the future, the patina wears off (as is the nature of it, giving it a more aged look as time goes on), simply send the ring back to me and I will re-blacken it for free.
